Band calendar

Band scheduling without the group text

Gigs and practices for every band you’re in, in one calendar, with who’s playing, who’s busy, and what changed.

One calendar for every band

Month, week and day views, with every band’s gigs and practices plus your own plans. Switch between all of them, one band, or just yours.

RSVPs, line-ups and check-ins

Members answer Going, Maybe or Can’t make it. See who’s playing each date, book a sub for a gap, find a practice time from when everyone’s free and put it to a vote, and check in on the day. Every event can carry an address with a map link, load-in and set times, pay and notes.

Know who’s free before you book

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook, or add any calendar link or .ics file, including Apple Calendar. Bandmates see the days you’re busy, never what you’re doing. Mark a day available or unavailable yourself, and band admins can block a date for the whole band. The gig form warns you about clashes as soon as you pick a date. How calendar access works.

Nobody misses a change

When a gig or practice you’re on changes, you’re told what changed, old to new, and warned if it now clashes with something else. Choose instant, daily or no notifications for each kind of update.

Questions

Can bandmates see what’s in my personal calendar?

No. They can see that you’re busy on a day, if you choose to share that, and never the event itself.

Does Gigometry change my Google or Outlook calendar?

No. Access is read-only. To put gigs in your phone’s calendar, you subscribe to your Gigometry schedule instead.
